Satisfactory Progress Policy

Student progress is monitored every three weeks and only those students who are making satisfactory academic progress as defined by these policies are eligible for tuition assistance.
Satisfactory progress is based on the following criteria and applies to all students:

A grade point of 2.0 or 80% must be achieved. Should a student achieve below an 80% on their fourth attempt, the student will be removed from our active roster. Satisfactory progress is measured in clock hours (50-60 minutes per clock hour) adjusted to allow for lunch. Full-time students must have an average of 120 clock hours per month. A student must complete all requirements of the total curriculum within 150% of the original course length, not to be affected by a leave of absence or extended suspension.
